After about a year, the faucet worked intermittently. I didn't mind that much because I didn't use it much. Then after two years, I thought the battery died so I tried to order a new one. Turns out they don't ship the battery alone to a few places in the US. So I found the type of battery and bought a Duracell version of it and swapped it out. It worked intermittently, enough for me to not care that much. Then it stopped working altogether so I used a Panasonic brand battery and it worked intermittently for about a month then stopped altogether again.The faucet doesn't click or do anything, it just doesn't work.I bought this because it says it's a Commercial Faucet made in the USA. For the price I paid, I figured it would work for at least 10 years perfectly. It worked for 1 year of light use perfectly then had non stop failures. Will never buy American Standard again.
